mLISD 24/7/365: New initiative allows students to keep devices all year
Through the new mLISD 24/7/365 program, current sixth- through 11th-grade students can pay their dues now and keep their same laptops year-round, even over the summer, to avoid the hassle of checking out a new device next year. mLISD Check-in/Check-Out Process
As part of the inventory process, all mLISD district-provided devices must be checked in starting May 15, 2017. Here are the specific check-in/turn-in dates for each grade-level:
Seniors--May 15th-16th (these devices will be turned-in)
Juniors--May 17th and 18th
Freshmen and Sophomores--May 23rd and 24th
Please ensure that your child brings his/her device and charger on the day of check-in.
If your child is a current senior, the mLISD laptop will be turned in on the day of check-in.
If your child is a current 9th-11th grader and the maintenance fee is paid, the same device will be checked back out to your child. If the maintenance fee is not paid by the time of check-in, your child’s laptop will be picked up, and at the beginning of next school year after the fee is paid, your child will be checked out another device.
